Shipping + Handling
READY MADE ITEMS:
We have a 3-5 business day processing time on all items within the shop unless otherwise noted. We start processing orders as soon as we receive them and most ship out sooner.
MADE TO ORDER ITEMS:
Items marked as made to order will require an extended time to hand make your order on top of the 3-5 day processing time. Please check each individual listing for made to order timeframes.
CUSTOM ORDERS:
Custom orders can take anywhere from 3-6 weeks to make. These are one off orders requested via email or DM. Custom orders recieve email invoices and are not purchased on the website by searching.
USPS:
We try to ship all orders Priority Mail 2-3 day shipping via USPS. Please note, orders can be delayed due to holidays and inclement weather.
USPS shipping methods may vary as we try to keep a flat rate shipping for all products. As USPS rates and structure has been changing, we are monitoring the best ways to get your packages to you but ask to be patient with USPS. Once your package ships and has an assigned tracking number, it is out of our hands and any losses or missing packages may require contacting your local carrier annex.
TRACKING INFO:
We provide tracking information on all of our shipments. You will be notified of your tracking number once your order is shipped.
